Kapa Haka at home
Tēnā koutou katoa,
Have your tamariki been missing kapa haka? I know Whaea Hinehau and I have been. If you're interested in learning some new waiata and haka at home, Kia Mau is a children's series on Māori Television that teaches kapa haka to tamariki, starting with the basics. You don't have to be an expert, and kei te pai (all good) if you don't understand all the kupu (words). Just having a go is a great way to start, and lots of fun! Mauri ora!
